Not just oh um but everyone of these son of a bitches such as Will T, Blue Devil( Tar Heels rule )and everyone of these selfrightious lefts and rights with tunnel vision on would blow there damn brains out and I would gladly supply the gun. Bush 1 was a p...y, Clinton could have knocked out Bin Laden if he only knew, Bush 2 ruinoned the country financially and militarily, Obama is on his way to breaking everyones wallet because he dont know what the hell is going on. When you get defensive such as he when someone disagrees it reminds me of Bush2 who says you are Unamerican if you dont think like I do.

Assume I am an SOB, but wasn't sure why--I actually have no problem with occas posts on politics, military history, and other nonDEAD interests (sports). I in fact initially engaged with oh ah um until I realized most of the back and forths were of a troll like nature (ie, a rant, not a conversation).

If you look at my posts with folks of all political leanings, I love a good back and forth, and never intentionally mean to imply much less state that because we end up agreeing to disagree that they are morons or shouldn't be heard. As for my position, I am agnostic when it comes to political parties, a bit too cynical to be categorized as dem/repub/etc. I have some of the most conservative and most liberal takes on any number of issues here that would surprise many I am sure. But, when I seem angry in a post about someone I am conversing with it is because of the misunderstanding we are having, NOT because I think less of him/her for having a different viewpoint. I don't always make that clear I suppose.

What I dislike is ANY zealot of any stripe that just rants without benefit of considering the other side. My appeals to the admins, and my (I now realize) inappropriate consideration of comments as racist (maybe they are maybe not) was clutching at straws to stop the rants, not dialogue.

My humor often gets me in trouble, but I have never posted about someone being a "fuckface" or an "SOB" for merely disagreeing with me.

Tell: You're acting as if in some single handed fashion you've destroyed the first amendment. Or worse yet, acted politically correct and went running to the "principal."

While there's a certain element of truth there, the bottom line is that you can say anything you want anywhere you want, but in the real world there will be consequences for what you say and how you say it.

So should the asshole be persecuted for his views? No, he should be persecuted because this is a forum, not a soapbox. There must be dialog in a forum, but when there's no tolerance and a suppression of opposing views, that's the end of it.

Worse yet, he's demonstrated no ability to debate, no real grasp of the facts, and secretly admires Joe Biden. Even I can do better at providing proof that our "commander in chief" has us on the road to ruin....and without questioning his ability to walk upright.

So no apologies necessary, you're just a plain old SOB, not an irregular SOB.

Look, I am either a Fuckface or an SOB, but I don't have the time to be both.

Make up your minds and get back to me while I continue my Admin imposed Garcia rosary chants...

I realized my post raised an important question:

Who exactly is senile? The ostrich, or the bugger of such?

We may never know.

And another question raised by all of this discussion of "buggery"...where is Rob when we need him? I was expecting our Poet Laureate to ride (write?) to my rescue while I was taking a beat down from all sides...

He probably figures "well, you wanted your independence and now that you have it, you're on your own"...

One of these days I'll learn to keep my big posting mouth shut but until then, call me "SOB, jg" since I probably can't even excel at that profession without considerable training.

Finally, good to see you SDH; hope this indicates things have improved a bit on the home front/time available for inane activities like this...

I can't recall, so it MUST be the bugger, not the bird.

The price of living in a civilization as an adult is that don't don't get everything you want, especially killing those you don't like for no reason.

This is the basic stuff of history, you know, the social contract of the Constitution, stuff like that.
